NexaTracker is an inventory and operations platform for businesses in Ethiopia, built by Buna Labs. These terms explain the rules for using the web app and the mobile app. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
Using NexaTracker
By creating an account or using the NexaTracker web app or mobile app, you agree to these terms. If you use NexaTracker on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that business.
Your account
You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for keeping it secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including actions by team members you invite. Let us know right away if you think your account has been misused.
Your data
The business data you enter — items, sales, purchases, accounts, and related records — belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can run the service for you. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use NexaTracker for anything illegal, try to access other customers' data, interfere with or overload the service, or reverse-engineer the apps. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Plans and payments
Some features require a paid plan. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and may change; we will tell you before a change affects your plan. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise.
Availability
We work to keep NexaTracker running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" and we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change, or remove features over time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Buna Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of NexaTracker. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can stop using NexaTracker and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. After an account is closed, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use NexaTracker after a change means you accept the updated terms.
